The Film

Capturing the spirit of the Camino on screen.

About the Film

Way of St. James follows a diverse group of pilgrims as they walk the Camino Frances, the most popular route of the Camino de Santiago. Through intimate interviews, breathtaking cinematography of the Spanish landscape, and unscripted moments of joy, struggle, and revelation, the film captures why hundreds of thousands of people each year leave their ordinary lives behind to walk an ancient path.

The film explores themes of purpose, solitude, community, physical endurance, and spiritual seeking without prescribing answers. Whether the pilgrims are walking for religious devotion, personal healing, athletic challenge, or simply because they don't know what else to do, the Camino transforms them all in unexpected ways.
